The Musings of an Elective Orphan

Sarah Brandis

New Coach on the Block

As some of you know, I have finished uni and am on my life coaching journey.

I am now able to offer my services to the public.  For a fee, but a reduced one while I am still ‘pre-qualified’… I love that term!

Learning to be a coach has been everything I had hoped for, and far more.  I expected that I would learn about myself.  I just didn’t realise how much.  I think my biggest realisation has been that moment when I found the link between my childhood experiences, my core values, and how that drives my decisions as an adult.  I think I was consciously aware of all these things as separate entities, but I hadn’t understood their relationship before.  I am beginning to think that these core values we all hold, that are so unique to us, may be the root of personality.  They may even be the root of ‘reality’, which is kind of unique to each of us.  As far as I understand, no two people can see the world in exactly the same way.  Which makes me question that word – reality.  Just what does it even really mean anyway?  Does it just mean our individual perception of a shared environment?…  I might be rambling.

Yep, I’m still not sure it’s all really real.

Anyway, I have much more pondering life and the universe to do.  In the meantime, please share my website with anyone who may enjoy some coaching from a student (me) with big ideas, but not-so-big fees.
